Lynn Isenberg is responsible for investor relations, marketing, and business development. In this role she brings her Hollywood relationships, investor relations experience, writing and marketing skills to the table. Lynn is also an accomplished real estate investor for 18 years in multi-family properties in CA, TX, MI, and Seattle. She is a former Hollywood studio creative executive, screenwriter/author, business development specialist and brand strategist, and founder of the beloved Hollywood LIT (Literature. Intelligence. Technology) Retreat. Her critically acclaimed works include four comedic novels (optioned for television), the non-fiction book Author Power: Profit Before You Publish, three feature films, the popular TV series i::Design on the Fine Living Network, and various digital credits. She has contributed to Huffington Post and speaks on topics related to writing, publishing, marketing, and brand partnerships at SXSW, San Miguel Literary Conference, Frankfurt Book Fair, etc. Through Focus Media, Inc., Isenberg has crafted cutting edge narratives and strategic brand partnership deals and brings those skill sets and relationships to InvigorateFP. Isenberg has a B.A. in English Literature with coursework in Entrepreneurial Studies from the University of Michigan. In addition, she holds a Masters in Spiritual Psychology from the University of Santa Monica, and served as Adjunct Professor of Multi-platform Entertainment at Loyola Marymount University. She has completed CCIM courses in Financial Investment Analysis, User Decision Analysis, Negotiations in Commercial Real Estate, and attends Bisnow's real estate gatherings. Chris Moulin is responsible for acquisitions, negotiation and financing. In addition to being one of the most productive and highly respected commercial and residential real estate brokers in Seattle for 35 years, Chris is also an active real estate investor and currently manages his own portfolio of more than a dozen multi-family properties in the Seattle area. Chris is originally from the south of France but has resided in Seattle for 35 years. He is a member of the King County Board of Realtors, Commercial Broker's Association (CIBA), the Council of Buyer Representatives (REBAC), member of the Puget Sound Multiple Listing Association, and the FrancoAmerican Chamber of Commerce. In addition to holding a Washington State Broker’s License and completing studies in real estate law and finance from the University of Washington, Chris holds advanced degrees both in Physics and Mathematics from the Université de Lyon, France. When he is not investing or brokering real estate, Chris is a competitive alpine ski racer. Prior to moving to moving to Seattle, Chris worked as a commercial fisherman in Alaska in the Bering Sea as well as in Australia and is a competitive skier.

Glen Margolis is responsible for strategy, operations and product development. A lifelong entrepreneur and real estate investor, INVIGORATE is the fourth business founded by Glen. Previously, he founded and served as CEO, of Steelwedge, the leading cloud-based supply chain planning solution where Glen oversaw over 500 employees worldwide and which sold in 2015 for $250MM. Glen brings tech-savvy ideas and software app development expertise to all his endeavors as well as an Architect’s perspective of urban design. In the course of his career, Glen has also successfully acquired, developed and managed numerous real estate projects in the greater Los Angeles, San Francisco, and Seattle areas. His personal portfolio currently includes properties in all three regions. Glen holds a Master’s Degree in Finance and Public Policy from Harvard University. While at Harvard, he completed additional coursework in Real Estate Development at the Harvard Business School and in Urban Design at the Harvard Graduate School of Design. Glen also holds undergraduate degrees in Architecture and Engineering from the Webb Institute of Naval Architecture. Glen is an active sailor who has campaigned his Farr 44 sailboat, Confetti, in the Pacific Cup race from San Francisco to Hawaii.
