Invigorate Fund Partners' principals share a combined 83 years of experience in commercial real estate, with a total of 28 multi-family value-add properties renovated and effectively and efficiently managed with a combined total of 280 units and 210,000 square feet equaling a market value of approximately $50MM in total assets.
